Sunday 10:00 am & 12:00 am
Just 30 minutes of walking in the forest can have positive effects on our body and mind. It reduces stress levels, lowers blood pressure, regulates heart rate, and decreases stress hormones in the blood.
Mindful silent walking without conversation, music, or podcasts has its roots in the walking meditation of the Buddhist tradition. This consciously silent practice helps us to calm the mind and organize our thoughts. It allows us to be fully present in the moment and find inner peace.
At first, you might not find it so easy to tolerate the silence**, but it will get better each time.
At the beginning and end of the walk, there will be time and space for a brief chat while we walk.
If you don’t like walking alone or feel unsafe on your own, simply join us in 2026 here.
